We love this vintage metal tray depicting a French Two Bridges Regiment of Foot Rifflemen from an Expedition on September 22, 1793. France was in conflict with both Spain and Great Britain and asking American President Washington for assistance. America stayed neutral. The tray is a reproduction of a painting of this regiment and the names of each foot soldier plus other French writings are also on the tray. Great piece to hang on a wall as decor or display on a tabletop easel.
