Vase may be marked beneath the base, however, we have not disassembled the lamp to verify and consider it unsigned. Tall, with a swiveling double socket brass cluster with pull chains and a cord with additional plastic switch. No shade is included. Marked height includes base to finial; vase alone is approximately 15 inches. See less
