A Danish teak five-drawer chest by Ejsing Møbelfabrik, dating to the 1950s. The piece has a clean, compact form with warm teak grain, sculpted drawer pulls, tapered legs, and a softly rounded case profile that gives it a classic Scandinavian modern look.
The five drawers provide useful storage while keeping the footprint easy to place. The shaped pulls are one of the nicest details, sitting neatly into the drawer fronts and adding just enough movement to the otherwise simple design. The top drawer retains a keyhole detail, giving the piece a bit of original period character.
A well-made Danish modern chest with strong proportions, practical storage, and a warm vintage presence. It would work well in a bedroom, entry, dressing area, or living space.
