A striking signed aquatint etching by acclaimed Polish contemporary artist Jacek Sroka, titled Magister Zdziczala. Created in 2002, this imaginative composition exemplifies Sroka's distinctive visual language—melding surreal figuration, folkloric symbolism, and expressive color into a work that is both mysterious and compelling.
Rendered in rich ochre, olive green, burnt orange, and deep black, the elongated horizontal format makes an exceptional statement above a console, credenza, or fireplace, while complementing both contemporary and eclectic interiors.
The print is hand-signed in pencil by the artist, dated 2002, and numbered 5/100, from a limited edition. It is professionally matted in a substantial cream mat and presented in an elegant wood frame with burl veneer under glass, ready to hang.
Whether acquired by a collector of contemporary European prints or selected purely for its distinctive visual presence, this is a sophisticated and memorable work by one of Poland's notable contemporary printmakers.
