The Robert Abbey "Ant Bee" (Model 1873) pharmacy lamp was manufactured in the early 2000s, specifically around 2003. While Robert Abbey as a company has been producing high-end lighting since 1934, this particular articulated style was a hallmark of their early-2000s traditional and transitional design catalog.
This is a premium vintage articulated pharmacy task floor lamp. Beautifully crafted from solid metal, it features a highly sought-after burnished brass finish with a rich, authentic aged patina and a gorgeous muted glow. Designed for maximum utility, the lamp features a double-articulating swing arm that allows you to easily adjust, pivot, and direct light exactly where you need it. The heavy, tiered circular base ensures excellent structural stability, while the classic dome-shaped burnished brass metal shade provides focused, high-quality task lighting. Can adjust height within 37.5-inch to 55.75-inch.
Does not include bulb. 0Uses an E26 LED. The best bulb shape for this lamp is a standard A19 bulb or a smaller G16.5/G25 globe bulb. Wired and designed to plug into standard 120-Volt American household outlets.
