Beautiful, oversized 63-inch Sunburst statement mirror originally purchased from Neiman Marcus. Officially cataloged at 63 inches wide, but fits a 60-to-63-inch space from tip to tip. This dramatic piece features an intricate web of hand-forged metal rods radiating from a central convex "witch's eye" mirror. The tips are adorned with dozens of smaller round mirrors, creating a stunning, multi-dimensional "raindrop" or planetary effect on the wall.
The central focus is a distinct convex glass mirror which curves slightly outward to distort light and capture a wide, panoramic view of the entire room.
The metal is heavily antiqued gold leaf over hand-forged iron. The deliberate "antiquing" process involves a dark undercoat beneath a muted gold layer. This creates a deep bronze/brass metallic hue rather than a bright, shiny yellow gold.
