My best estimate is late 19th century to early 20th century, approximately 1890–1925.

* The restrained beaded molding across the top is characteristic of the Colonial Revival and Edwardian periods rather than earlier Georgian or Federal furniture.
* The brass casters and solid wood base are consistent with quality furniture from that era.
* The construction appears machine-made but well crafted, which points to factory production rather than handmade 18th-century work.

Wood

It appears to be mahogany or mahogany veneer over hardwood.
The mirror is not in the frame but part of the two pieces set offered. I bought it in an Antique Store in East Village NY.
