Vase from the Progetti series by Gianfranco Frattini for Kristal Sonoro.
Elegant vase made in Italy in the 1980s.
Composed of a large crystal bowl on the outside and a frosted crystal cylinder resting on an anthracite plastic ring.
A rare work by designer Gianfranco Frattini, who graduated in Architecture in Milan after studying under Gio Ponti.
The vase is in excellent condition, showing minor and normal signs of aging. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
