A stylish and extremely well made Art Deco birds eye maple and leather stool. This was made in England, it dates from the 1930’s.
It is a useful and beautiful item, the frame has gorgeous birds eye maple grain patterns and is nicely finished on all sides. There is lovely walnut cross banding on the front edges, the drop in seat is upholstered in cream leather.
The condition is excellent for its age, we have had the frame stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the seat has been newly re-upholstered in cream leather.
