Exquisite pair of Stamped Charles-Emile Moinat restored antique French Louis XVI armchairs with floral silk upholstery
A very good looking well made and decorative pair of armchairs from the Swiss Antiques Restorer Charles-Emile Moinat, the family of Moinat has been working with Antiques since 1920, this particular pair are of wonderful French Louis XVI fratellis chairs, they frames have the original distressed painted finish and the upholstery is an exquisitely luxurious silk with hand stitched floral accents all over
Condition wise we have deep cleaned, hand condition waxed and hand polished the timber from top to bottom, there may be some age and use related patina marks based on normal use and transport
