Stunning English Circa 1900 English Oak Lead Lined Astral Glazed Bookcase or Display cabinet stamped Roberts
This item is very well made, most likely by Edwards & Roberts, each piece of glass is hand cut and lead lined, there are various sections of carving which lead me to believe this has Scottish influence, the bobbin turned lined boarder, the floral decoration on the doors and the Celtic circles on the top, it really is a very fine piece of furniture. The shelves are height adjustable as you can see in the pictures meaning it can offer flexibility around your book or chinaware collection
Condition wise we have deep cleaned, hand condition waxed and hand polished it from top to bottom, there may be some age and use related patina marks based on normal use and transport
