Made of glazed stoneware, it immediately captivates with its matte glaze in deep shades, where dark brown, almost black, blends with ivory-cream beige in a cloudy, marbled effect, unique to each piece. The set possesses that vibrant and distinctive character so sought after in stoneware from this era. The service is complete and varied: cylindrical cups with round handles and their saucers, several pitchers with gentle shapes, including an organic model with a beautifully curved spout, ramekins with straight sides, and small handleless glasses that complement the set perfectly. The understated yet confident form of the pieces is entirely in keeping with the spirit of Nordic design and the tableware of the sixties.

The set is in excellent condition; it has seen little use. The original "Swiss Langenthal" label is still present on some pieces.
