She holds a fishing rod under her arm and tries to hang an insect on the hook. She wears a pink, orange and white dress and a white cloth on her shoulders. She wears a bun. Her shoes are put next to her on rocks and a basket is put in front of her. Signed “g. Escargueil” on the left bottom. Giltwood frame with motifs of beads frieze and rolled ribbon.
