This is an elegant vintage camelback settee with newer upholstery in blue damask with nailhead trim. The loveseat is petite with elegant lines, including dramatically scrolled arms, and solid mahogany legs supported by an H stretcher. Unsigned but likely made in the United States in the mid-20th century.
The settee is in very good vintage condition. The sofa is sturdy and comfortable. The fabric looks remarkably clean and free of stains or tears. For those with allergies, this settee came from a home with a dog, but there are no odors. The mahogany legs have some scuffs and minor areas of wood loss. The loveseat measures 58" wide, 32" deep, and 35.5" tall with a 20" seat height and 30.5" arm height.
