It is a stunning and sophisticated piece of Italian modern antiques in true Space Age style. The design’s defining feature is the large curved arm made of gold-plated metal, equipped with a telescopic extension system that allows you to adjust the depth of the arch. Another feature is the adjustable hemispherical shade, molded from cream-colored Plexiglas and suspended within a distinctive polished gold swinging ring—ideal for diffusing soft, warm light without glare. Finally, a heavy circular block of white Carrara marble serves as a solid counterweight to ensure the structure’s stability when the arch is extended to its maximum length.
