A Louis Philippe style chest of drawers with clean, simple lines, crafted from walnut with a Carrara marble top.
Traditional French craftsmanship from the 19th century.
The drawer fronts, sides, and uprights are made of walnut. The wood has a natural, light color with blond highlights.
There are four drawers in total. The top drawer is shallower and features two wooden pendant handles. The other three drawers have diamond-shaped, matte gray brass escutcheons. The locks are original and functional, and two keys are included.
The top is Carrara marble, a beautiful white marble with gray veins, rounded edges with a groove, and chamfered front corners.
The base is covered in walnut, with a plinth.
The drawers open and close smoothly, making this piece suitable for everyday use. It is hygienic, stable, and robust.
