Charming vintage 1950s/1960s Italian hand painted high-relief Seafood display plate!
Produced by artisan workshops in Italy for the iconic "Peasant Village" (PV) import line by Mittledorfer-Straus.
This hand-painted plate features lifelike, dimensional 3D Mussels and Lemon wedges on a scalloped hand-painted plate.

* Marked "Italy PV68127" on the back
* Features factory-molded hanging holes on the back rim with a wire already installed for immediate hanging.
In very good pre-loved and displayed condition.
Features a couple of tiny kiln-firing bubble divots in the glaze and stray dabs of black and green paint from the artisan's brush on the background plate. *** See photos
Plate shows some very slight signs from display. No chips or cracks, but does have crazing on the back.
