Each panel is vibrantly decorated in a traditional famille rose enamel palette.

The tops and bottoms of the vases are accented with intricate, traditional geometric and ruyi border patterns in contrasting yellow, pink, and green bands.The bases bear a red export stamp/label indicating origin from Hong Kong workshops, where mainland-potted blanks were hand-painted or finished for international export during the mid-century revival period.
