Its construction is characterized by delicate, seemingly floating, tapered square legs. This understated yet unmistakably Biedermeier design can be interpreted as an example of purism. It features two drawers with internal dividers; the upper drawer is lockable, while the lower has two small bone knobs as handles. The overhanging tabletop has rounded corners and a shellac finish that beautifully highlights the warm hue of the walnut and the artful reflection of the veneer.

Thanks to its light weight, this piece of furniture can be easily and effortlessly moved alongside seating, perfectly fulfilling its original purpose.
