The backing is a bit loose. Otherwise this almost 100 year old piece is in excellent shape.

Minor damage to the cream colored printed paper in the form of a barely visible tear though the signature “Hans” Probably from the bottom edge which is hidden by the mat. Nearly 100 years old.
