We are offering this well executed oil on academy board landscape. This landscape has great hues and tones with a vivid sky and well worked surf and coastline. Something about the scene is West Coast, possibly California or Canadian Pacific. The painter was talented with professional aspects, may have been plein air or re-worked in a studio. The academy board has partial label with Kansas City provenance and ALB written in wax. Probably circa 1900.
