Art deco-period bronze statue featuring two flying gulls skimming the crest of a wave. The sculpture is set upon a black marble base. Signed h. Molins for enrique molins balleste (1893-1958), a spanish sculptor born in barcelona, working in paris in the first half of the 20th century. He is mostly known for his theatrical groups and genre scenes, circa 1920 dimensions: w 20,9 in, d 5.9in, h 15in. Dimensions: l: 53cm, p 15 cm, h 38cm. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
