Wonderful hand-carved and hand-painted Oaxacan Alebrije folk art figurine. Large sculpture, hand crafted from copal wood depicting a bull dog holding bone in mouth. Brightly hand painted Zapotec geometric design in blue, green, and purple with black contrast is a stand out on white backdrop.
SIgned at base "Tribus Mixes Y Viguera Oaxaca Mexio 04" with original sticker attached.
Tail and bone are removable.
