The original tag is included in an envelope on the back from Kleeman Galleries in New York City. The piece is titled 'Dwarf Alberta Spruce' and dated 1943. The colors are lovely in many shades of green with perfect perspective. It's been newly framed in a simple painted black wood frame with a double matte in ivory tones, and new backing. Julius Delbos is a highly collectible artist known for his landscapes and watercolor pieces. Originally from London, he later moved to New York and was elected an Associate of the National Academy of Design. This piece would make a lovely addition to your collection!
