Lee Bann (born 1942) is a Korean contemporary artist recognized for his politically engaged and conceptually driven work. Active since the 1970s, his art often reflects themes of division, identity, and reconciliation, employing bold graphic forms and layered symbolism. His contributions to the 1988 Seoul Olympic art portfolio brought his work to an international audience, marking his role within the generation of Korean artists who used modern printmaking and conceptual media to engage with social and national concerns. His works have been exhibited widely in Korea and abroad and are held in both public and private collections.
