This lovely art piece measures 9.5 x 9.5-inches, has a lip with metal cutouts and a raised grapevine around the outer rim. The back of the plate has an aged patina, a built-in metal hook, and an indentation of the front design relief.

**Mid-to-late 20th century, likely made between the 1950s and 1980s, and produced during the "Egyptian Revival" period, this type of handmade plate was almost exclusively created by artisans in Egypt (often Cairo) for the tourist and export markets. See less
