Constructed entirely from solid wood, the dresser retains its original solid wood drawer boxes and traditional inset wood joinery—a hallmark of durable American furniture built before modern composite materials became commonplace. The cabinet is exceptionally solid, heavy, and structurally sound.

The six-drawer configuration provides generous bedroom storage with four smaller upper drawers and four wide lower drawers arranged in two spacious rows. Every drawer glides smoothly on its original solid wooden drawer slides, preserving the authentic operation and craftsmanship of the period.

The top, center divider molding, and continuous 4-inch base are finished in rich Old Chapel Satin Walnut™, showcasing beautiful medium-dark walnut grain beneath a smooth satin finish.
