Don Richardson is an American studio glass artist associated with the Pacific Northwest glass movement. He spent more than two decades as a master artisan at Carlson Art Glass in Siletz, Oregon, one of the region's respected art glass studios. Richardson became known for his skilled use of iridescent surfaces, flowing internal decoration, and organic motifs inspired by nature. His work often combines the fluid elegance of Art Nouveau design with the clean forms and experimentation of contemporary studio glass. Pieces bearing his signature are sought by collectors of Pacific Northwest art glass and American studio glass for their craftsmanship, colour, and distinctive decorative techniques.
