An elegant early 20th-century Louis XV style sideboard by the renowned Blackhawk Furniture Company of Rockford, Illinois. Beautifully crafted from solid wood and richly figured veneers, this cabinet showcases exceptional marquetry, hand-painted floral decoration, and classical detailing throughout.
The serpentine front is highlighted by a striking central marquetry medallion depicting a graceful female figure, framed by vibrant hand-painted floral garlands that continue across the drawer fronts and cabinet doors. The warm figured wood grain creates a beautiful contrast with the decorative painting, while carved moldings, turned legs, and original bronze pulls complete the refined Louis XV-inspired design.
