Measuring 27 inches in width, this large-scale piece is finely decorated with comprehensive, full-surface marquetry inlay, depicting an intricate composition of scrolling acanthus leaves, stylized tendrils, and varied floral motifs executed in contrasting fruitwood veneers.

The substantial curved gallery rim terminates in two cast-brass handles of characteristic period form, retaining an unpolished, even, and undisturbed natural patina. The reverse retains its original construction, featuring a solid mahogany backing secured with original single-slot flat-head iron screws. Due to its commanding size, the tray is well-suited for use as a prominent coffee table anchor or for conversion into a bespoke cocktail table top.

Condition Report
Presented in remarkably well-preserved antique condition. The inlaid surfaces retain an excellent color and patination throughout, with no missing sections of marquetry. The gallery rim displays a slight, stable waviness to the veneer, entirely consistent with age and the natural contraction of early 20th-century hide glues.
