A beautiful vintage Moorcroft Pottery Hibiscus vase, decorated with large hand-painted hibiscus blooms in shades of yellow, burgundy, and red against a rich gradient background that transitions from light green to deep green. The glossy glaze enhances the vibrant floral motif for which Moorcroft is renowned.
The underside retains its original paper label reading "By Appointment W. Moorcroft, Potters to the Late Queen Mary," indicating production during the mid-20th century. This petite vase is an excellent example of the iconic Hibiscus pattern and would make a wonderful addition to a Moorcroft collection or an elegant display piece for a shelf, cabinet, or side table.
