This antique apothecary cabinet, made from solid elm, features a striking black lacquer finish. The upper section includes a large, open display alcove accented with a decorative scalloped trim. Below, the cabinet is equipped with dozens of small drawers traditionally used for storing herbs, each detailed with painted gold Chinese calligraphy and a metal ring pull.
