This is a pair of vintage Chinese Export porcelain parrots, beautifully hand-painted in vibrant shades of citron yellow, celadon, slate blue, coral, and soft pink. Each bird is perched atop a sculptural flowering tree trunk adorned with colorful fruit and blossoms.
The finely detailed feathering, expressive eyes, and delicately modeled branches. Designed as mirror images, the pair displays beautifully on a mantel, console, bookcase, or étagère. These are in excellent vintage condition.
