VERY RARE! A magnificent Queen Anne period baluster stem goblet dating to the early 18th century. This exceptional example features a large round funnel bowl with a solid section at the base, gracefully raised on an inverted baluster stem showcasing a prominent central tear above a teared basal knop. The goblet is further enhanced by a finely crafted conical folded foot, a hallmark of quality English glassmaking from the period.
A rare and highly collectible example of early English drinking glass, displaying the elegance, craftsmanship, and refined proportions characteristic of the period. Excellent condition, no chips.
