Meet the elusive paper snake...sleek, functional, fun to hold and even better to observe. This 2013 stainless steel snake shaped letter opener is by Italian industrial designer Giulio Iacchetti for the iconic brand, Alessi. It is appropriately named 'Bis' and is accompanied by the original Alessi packaging. Hallmarked at the side. Never has letter opening had such a charming companion.
Good condition. The snake letter opener was previously owned and used. There is some light surface scratching to the stainless. The box shows some age and wear.
The snake measures 9" long x .5" at the widest x .25" at the deepest. In box, the entire package measures 10.5" long x 2.25" wide x 1.13" deep.
