Charming matched pair of Japanese Satsuma miniature cabinet vases featuring finely detailed hanazume decoration with densely layered floral motifs rendered in enamel and gilt accents over a crackled ivory ground.
Each vase is decorated from shoulder to foot with an intricate tapestry of chrysanthemums and seasonal blossoms in soft shades of red, lavender, blue, green, and cream highlighted with gold detailing. The pair retains matching marks to the underside and presents beautifully together.
