Made of wheel-thrown glazed terracotta, it comprises a beautiful collection of pieces: plates, bowls, coffee and tea cups, a pitcher, a sugar bowl with its lid, ramekins, and a lovely triple bowl. The palette of natural tones lends the set a gentle and soothing harmony, typical of French artisanal tableware of that era. Jean Austruy subtly alters the clay to give each piece fine, irregular, and unique striations, imbuing each piece with the vibrant and delicate character inherent in handcrafted work. Created with a spirit of understated elegance, this service is an atypical piece by the artist. This dinner service is of high quality and suitable for everyday use as well as the most special occasions.

The service is vintage and in perfect condition. It comprises 65 pieces. Most of the pieces are signed on the underside.
