This legendary design, featuring signature organic curves, was conceived by the celebrated architect Jindřich Halabala. The chairs were manufactured in Czechoslovakia by the renowned UP Závody factories, a company that defined the trends of modern, high-quality living during the interwar period.

As part of a comprehensive professional restoration, the armchairs have been brought to pristine condition. The elegantly curved armrests and legs made of solid beech wood underwent meticulous refurbishment. The wooden surfaces received a new finish using premium oil-wax, which provides excellent protection, preserves a natural semi-matte appearance, and accentuates the warm grain of the beech wood.

The seating has been newly upholstered in a striking and highly attractive blue fabric featuring a dynamic spiral pattern. This textile choice beautifully harmonizes with the streamlined contours of the armrests, injecting a fresh, modern flair into the set.
