The vase features richly detailed hand-painted court scenes, floral decoration, birds, butterflies, and decorative objects throughout, set against a warm gilt ground.

The form has a scalloped rim with applied gilt relief handles and raised gilt accents around the shoulder. The front and reverse panels show figural courtyard scenes surrounded by dense floral and decorative borders. Marked on the underside with a red seal-style mark.
