A striking oversized ceramic swan jardinière, beautifully modeled with an elegantly arched neck, finely detailed plumage, and a lustrous white glaze. Graceful and sculptural, the generously proportioned body forms a substantial vessel ideal for displaying orchids, ferns, seasonal arrangements, or serving simply as a dramatic centerpiece.
The underside bears an impressed model number but no maker's mark. The swan exhibits characteristics commonly associated with mid- to late 20th-century Italian ceramic production; however, an exact maker has not been identified.
