A rare table lamp by the Italian manufacturer Guzzini, designed by Luigi Massoni in the 1960s. This is an early edition with a one-piece trumpet-shaped base and is entirely white.
The mushroom-shaped lampshade is made of translucent acrylic. The base is trumpet-shaped and tapers to a very slender stem. A white metal disc with ventilation holes is mounted on top of the shade. The light is primarily directed downwards. Additionally, the shade itself glows, making this functional table lamp an impressive lighting object.
The lamp is in very good condition with signs of use and patina.
