Discreet and functional, this music stand or piano lamp embodies the understated elegance of 1970s West German design. Its black lacquered metal half-tube reflector, with a beautiful chrome finish on the inside, captures and directs light with precision. It attaches with an adjustable clamp system using its original tightening knob, and its articulated arm allows the beam to be directed as desired by the musician or reader. It is a beautiful piece of vintage industrial design, its original character intact. It could easily be used as a reading or picture light.
The original label is still present, stating "Made in West Germany." The lamp shows some minor signs of age but is fully functional.
16cm long, 5cm wide, 3.5cm high (reflector). 13cm max arm. Small screw-in bulb.
