the silver-plated stand rests on a tiered circular base, surmounted by a slender central stem ending in a ring handle. Three radiating rings hold two blown-glass bottles with rounded bodies, adorned with delicate molded floral motifs and sealed with beautiful ball stoppers. The base is remarkably decorated with an engraving of a marine anchor, suggesting a possible naval commission or provenance, which lends the piece a distinctive historical character.
