An extraordinary and exceptional Maitland Smith sculptural lighting work, distinguished by its monumental weight, mixed-material construction and museum grade presence. The figural frog is crafted in cast metal with bronze patina, giving it depth, warmth and visual richness of true bronze sculpture. It stands beneath an umbrella shade composed of individually set amber and honey toned tesserae, creating a jewel like illumination when lit.
