Rare vintage fine art lithograph poster created by Sonia Delaunay (1885–1979) for UNESCO's International Women's Year in 1975.
Published by AIAP – Éditions Lahumière and printed in France by the renowned Mourlot Imprimerie, Paris, this unnumbered limited-edition lithograph showcases Delaunay's vibrant geometric compositions and masterful use of colour.
A pioneering modernist, Sonia Delaunay co-founded the Orphism movement alongside Robert Delaunay, revolutionizing abstract art through dynamic colour relationships and rhythmic geometric forms. Beyond painting, she was also a celebrated designer of textiles, fashion, and theatre sets, making her one of the most influential multidisciplinary artists of the 20th century.
The print is in good condition and has been carefully preserved.
