This is a stunning antique Hemingray No. 19-30 glass insulator manufactured for the Canadian Spool Company (C.S.C.).
Features a striking amber color with abundant internal crackling and character developed over time, now repurposed as a unique candle holder, but could be used as an insulator as well.
Originally used on telephone and telegraph lines, this piece makes a wonderful industrial, farmhouse, or primitive décor accent. Displays beautifully when illuminated and offers authentic early utility history with rich warm color and age-related wear consistent with use.
