Designed by Berlin luminary Daniel Becker and handmade to order using modern and mid-century manufacturing techniques, the Emily Series won the prestigious German Design Award 2019. The high quality sheet steel shades are cut, bent, formed, welded and sanded by hand in a complex process to build natural, organic shapes before they are painted with up to 10 layers of ultra-glossy deep black paint and fitted with opaline PMMA diffusers. Then they are arranged in a mobile like fashion around a sculptural frame of waxed natural oak timber.

Price per item. Shades available in ultra-high gloss black as well as semi-matte black gray or white. Custom colors available upon request for an additional fee.
