I came across it in travels and it was from a small resale market in the 4 corners area (I believe we were in New Mexico at the time). I haven’t seen another one like it, even in my searching. I’m sure there are more somewhere, I just haven’t been able to find them. Similar, but not just the same. It’s made from 4 different kinds of wood, 3 in the sculpted fan and one for the “dot” in the top/center. I believe he said it was mahogany, oak, cherry and pine wood, but not really sure which is which.
I absolutely love an original, and I appreciate all forms of art; but sculptures are at the top of my list! I hope you enjoy her as much as I have See less
