The rectangular gold giltwood frame features a carved crest and a lower ornamental detail, also known as a cartouche, with a surrounding band of vivid yellow glass typical of Venetian and Florentine decorative production of the period. The mirror presents a sculptural silhouette with layered details, warm gilding, and a distinctive tinted‑glass surround that sets it apart from standard giltwood examples.
