An iconic example of Italian Space Age design, this Stella ice bucket and matching tray were designed by Paolo Tilche for Guzzini. The sculptural spherical form features ivory-colored acrylic accented with bold navy and red bands and a chrome handle, creating a striking balance of function and modernist style.
The set embodies the innovative use of plastics and graphic design that made Guzzini a leader in postwar Italian design. Equally suited for entertaining or display, it remains a highly collectible example of 1970s Italian modernism.
